WHAT IS TACTILE IMAGING SYSTEM (TIS)
The patented Tactile Imaging System measures the elastic modulus of a tumor using the principle of total internal reflection. The data from the TIS is used to determine the elasticity and size of the tumor to classify the tumor as benign or potentially malignant.
